For over 30 years, I have been providing comprehensive hearing healthcare in New York City as a Board Certified, Doctor of Audiology. I earned a Master of Science in Audiology from Columbia University and a Doctor of Audiology from Arizona School for Health Sciences, A.T. Still University. Most recently, I completed the Integrative Health Coach training and certification program at the Department of Integrative Medicine at Duke University.
Integrative Health Coaching has changed my life both personally and professionally. Prior to health coaching, I felt stressed and absorbed in a rat race of demands for my attention. Upon learning the coaching techniques and applying them to my personal life, I became successful in achieving positive lifestyle changes. Insight and discovery motivated me to challenge myself and redefine my own journey toward wellness. I consistently achieve restorative sleep, eat better and nurture my relationships. I am aware of the importance of balancing mind, body and spirit. While I look forward to continuing my journey, helping others achieve their own health and wellness goals is my true passion. Witnessing my clients transformation confirms that with the right guidance, we each have infinite possibilities. I believe that your personal goals are limitless in all aspects of your life.
My interest in holistic healthcare also enriches my husband and two grown daughters. As a native of Long Island, I appreciate nature and the change of seasons. On weekends, I can be found on a bike, at the beach or discovering new recipes to prepare.
